Cholesterol is a substance in our blood. Our liver makes it. The food which we eat has cholesterol in a heavy quantity then cholesterol is travel in our blood in the shape of bundles.

Cholesterol basically is not bad in itself but its quantity will affect your body in a good or bad way.

Like if the level of cholesterol will increase then it will harmful for your health. So it is necessary to control the level of cholesterol in a way that it will good for us not bad.

The situation of LDL (Low-density lipoprotein) is bad for our health.

Causes of LDL (Low-density lipoprotein):

How to control blood cholesterol level without medicine:

A lot of medicines can be used to control the cholesterol level. But these medicine work for some time and after that leave a bad impact on our health. So the use of home remedies for the cure is the best thing. Proper diet is the key to good health so try to take good diet to be healthy and live healthily.

Use of fruits and vegetables:

Use fruits and vegetables in your diet as well as possible. Try to avoid eggs and meat. The use of oily things can increase the cholesterol level. Always try to use fruits and vegetables in your diet it will help you to keep the level of cholesterol in order.

Oatmeal:

Always try to use oatmeals in your diet because it is rich in fiber and gives energy to your body. It also maintains the cholesterol level in your body.

Seafood:

Try to use seafood in your diet. Because it is rich in omega-3 and it makes your heart healthy. Make it necessary to eat food 2-3 time in a week. It will help you to make your cholesterol level in the good situation.

Dry fruits to control blood cholesterol:

Dry fruits are blessed with rich polyunsaturated and calories. Use dry fruits in a suitable quantity because the excessiveness of anything will harm you. But it used in limitation will give you a good feedback. It will control the cholesterol level and secure you from LDL.

Use olive oil:

Use olive oil in your food except for the local oil. Olive oil is rich in antioxidants.  It controls the level of LDL. If we use Olive oil with vegetables it will control your cholesterol level and a man can lead a happy life without a doctor.

Don’t smoke:

Smoking will affect your internal structure. It will not only disturb your cholesterol level but also can be a cause of many other problems.

Exercise:

Make it necessary to exercise daily at least for 30 minutes a day. It is the best medicine for our health. Exercise will reduce your fat and control the cholesterol level in a very good way without the need of any doctor or medicine.
